Some booking system improvements
ClinicSense will be adding a waitlist feature soon (woooo!). This is the most exciting thing since sliced bread: initially you will be able to add yourself to a waitlist for certain times in my schedule so I can contact you if that time opens up. But eventually, the magic of automation will come into play more. So get pumped!
Expanding my Sarga Bodywork learning
In March I will be doing a re-take of Sarga 101 just to nerd out even more! I have loved getting to share this work with more of you, and look forward to getting more live feedback and pointers from some expert teachers.
Also I will be taking Sarga 102 to learn some new variations, so stay tuned!
Leaning into myofascial work with Advanced Myofascial Techniques
I purchased some of these courses as an exciting black-friday spend. I have listened to some of Til Luchau’s classes and interviews and really appreciate his approach to bodywork, so I am excited to learn and offer you more!
Simplifying
This year I will be leaning into more work-life balance. Having my second office in Manlius is already helping with that by lessening the amount I drive each week, and my booking software ClinicSense has been invaluable for automation and having all client info in one place!
Take part or all of July off
Speaking of work-life balance, I will be hoping to take some time this summer to travel! My partner has a spiffy new university job that has July off, so I am aiming to mirror that in my own schedule.

I seriously gush all the time about how lucky I feel to get to work with such patient, wonderful, and kind clients. It is so great to get to shape my bodywork style and general business model in the ways I believe are important - and to have such a positive result of such supportive, loyal, awesome clients. I hope this gratitude comes through in the day-to-day, but if not: thank you!
